Advice Needed Pls !

Hello , i might be in the wrong forum here but here goes anyway .

I am going to go Blu Ray . I ave only seen it running once at mates house . Ratatouille the chapter with the raft etc . was absolutely awesome especially with his speakers etc . it was enough for me to go BluRay. Anyways :

I need major advice on :

lcd tv
Sound system
Bluray player
Its allot of cash i will be spending so i want to do this correct.

Sound system? are you after a receiver and speaker/sub package.

By receiver are you referring to an Amp ?

I have about £1100 budgit .

LCD LG 42LF66 1080P 24P i have priced at £650

leaving me with £450 which is why possibly a bluray drive for my computer ?

Hi mate.
I did mean an amp,yeah computers,drives etc not my strong point,sorry.
Blu-ray player i would recommend the PS3.

A receiver is an amplifier with an in-built tuner.
