Advice for a 65" TV

I am in search of a new 65" TV. My biggest concern is that it looks good when watching sports, especially hockey and motocross. I would also like it too look good for TV and movies, but sports are definitely more important. Low input lag would be a plus, but don't game that much. My budget would be somewhere around $1,000 but would go higher for the right TV.

Thanks

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the Sony X900F. Everyone seems to say hockey looks great on it. It's $100 off at Best Buy. Do you think it will go down more?

Ok. Thought they might take a little more off. The NU8000 is $300 off ($899 down from $1,199) and the X900F is only $100 off ($1,699 down from $1,799)

That is only compared to the last price drop. 2019 models will cost roughly 50% more for the same tech on release.

A 65" NU8000 for $899. I'd of snapped that up in UK prices. Probably not many left now. Richer Sounds were out of stock for a while. Telesales did say more were coming but the 65" has just been dropped from the website.
