Hi all,

I'm looking to replace my now rather aged and sub-standard Netgear Sky router with something faster.

I may be asking for too much here, but can anyone recommend a good ADSL router with at least 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wireless N networking, and at a reasonable price?

That's very dependant on your definition of "reasonable price". I've recently (around 2 months ago) replaced a very old (and reliable) Belkin N ADSL router with a Netgear N750 (DGND4000-100UKS). My main reason for the upgrade was the Dual Band and Gigabit ports features, but it's also got some useful guest network features. So far I've been pleased with it, no failures and I haven't had to re-boot it since it was installed.

There's a review of the Cable version here, it cost me around £120 from BroadbandBuyer

There are Cable and ADSL versions of the N750, so check that the model number is DGND4000-100UKS if you want the ADSL variant.
