Adjusting Channel Levels !

Just out of curiousity, how do you adjust your channel / speaker levels ?

When i run Auto Setup i find that my levels are set at around 80db or so, then i usually end up tweaking down a bit with my analogue SPL meter.

What do you do with your's ?
Do you make sure that all levels are set to 75db including the sub ?
Do you have the sub slightly higher than the rest of your speakers ?
Do you set all levels higher than 75db to compensate for the misreading of the SPL meter ?

I let Audyssey auto setup do the job, then gave the sub an extra 2 - 3 db. Thats just how I think it sounds better. Audy set them all to 75db.
