Hello All,
I have a Sony SA-W3000 12 inch sub. Everytime I run the calibration on my Sony AVR, it always puts the level of the sub at Max (10) or close to that (from 7 up).
I've turned the frequency up to max on it and set the crossover to 80 hertz on the AVR.
It feels the sub is too loud and vibrates the room too much (my ears hurt from the wifey moaning...lol). I've moved it around to the possible spots (not many) and can't seem to get the sweet spot as it were but seems to be in a good spot.
Should I be turning the volume down a bit on the sub (its at the 12 o clock mark) or turn the level down at the AVR?
Thanks
