adding your own music to games

can you add your own tracks onto the harddisc to play in games like PGR3 like you can on the original xbox or have microsoft stopped this now??

I used my ipod to play music whilst killing the hun in COD 3, not sure about the hard disk though

yeah you can you just open the xbox guide and select a track from the HD/networked pc/portable media device and it will play as long as its in WMA/MP3 format or m4a/AAC if your using the iPod
