I will shortly be getting a 1997 Seat Toledo, and would like to add a CD changer on a tight budget. The head unit is a Grundig 5201 RDS model. A previous owner has had a changer installed, and the connector cable runs to the mounting space in the boot. However, I am unsure whether the changer was factory-fitted or added aftermarket with some kind of adapter.
So, what are my options, and what would you recommend?
In addition to the procedurals, any recommendations for a basic CD-R/RW compatible box? Would adding MP3 support break the bank?
