I have recently been the recipient of a kicked one of these:

EMERSON LC320EM1
EMERSON LC320EMXF
EMERSON LC320EM1F

I do not know exactly which one it is, I am away from the tv, and I got these models from what was compatible with the inverter (which I have to replace, it cracked from the kick.) My question is that when I had the unit open, I saw a spot where I could solder a VGA connector if I pleased, and began wondering, how would I go about making that complete? Would I just have to solder the port onto the board and the TV 'software'/firmware just pick it up and be like, 'OK, let's do some plug and play' or would I have to update the firmware/drivers add other hardware to make it work?

I know that I would have to have the exact Model number to update anything, I want to know: Is it a plausible possibility? I would love to play Minecraft on a bigger screen if I could get this to plug to VGA.
