Hi Guys,
I'm running quite a modest surround setup by a lot peoples standards comprising of a Q Acoustics 2000 5.1 Speaker system and a Yamaha RX-V675 AV Receiver.
Today I purchased a set of Q Acoustics 2050i Floorstanders as I wanted a bit more oomph with music but at a reasonable price, they seem to have reviewed well and I really enjoyed the sound of them when I went and had a listen.
My question is, now I have a pair of large speakers at the front of my set up how should I set the crossover for the sub to give optimal bass?
Also would it be an advantage to Bi-Amp these speakers as they support it as does the AV Receiver?
Thank you for any help you can offer,
R.
