Adapter Ring For Cyber-shot Dsc-v1

    does anyone know where I can find ADAPTER RING FOR CYBER-SHOT DSC-V1?

    Try the Sony site is the obvious answer. Or Jessops

    Im assuming you want to add a teleconverter/filters etc.
    Normally, these are named as "Step Up or Step Down" converters as often the other lenses/filters are of a different ring diameter, therefore needing to step up or down to match the accessories.

    Tele conversion lens * includes adapter ring
    VCL-DEH17V (1.7x)

    Wide conversion lens *
    VCL-DEH07V (0.7x)

    But I think on this model the adapter fits onto the body rather than the lens as the lens rotracts fully into the body on power off. Probably get some vignetting on the tele lens if its not zoomed right out.

    If you plan to just buy the adapter and find a cheaper third party lens then I think searching some photo sites/ forums might point ya in the right direction. Dunno if thats poss on the V1 though.
