I have a small tv room (3m x 3m) as part of our extension where building which needs 100mm insulation for the ceiling and 50mm for one stud wall,

Came across this however I have no idea if this is a good price/spec, some info or advice would be great
(been looking at the 80kg/m3 density)

Hi,

It seem ok, they are calling it acoustic insulation but it is just insulation at the end of the day. For the ceiling and walls you don;t need something too dense 60kg/m3 will be fine. You may also want to consider the Knauf Ecose range which are environmentally friendly and can be bought from most big (trade) DIY stores. If you look up there is a website called Insulation UK or something like that and their prices are pretty good
