Acer H7550BD won't turn on

Hi,
I really hope someone can help me!
So I started getting a fan failure message and projector would power off after 5 mins. I opened up to clean in case of dust and found the back of the lamp had fallen off and released a small amount of phosphorus. See photos.
So I bought a new bulb and installed it. But now my projector won't even power on! No noise, no fan, no red light, nothing! Help massively appreciated. Thanks

Hello, dear fellow member and a happy New Year!. I have the exact same problem after lamp replacement. Projector will not even turn on. Have you by any chance worked it out? TIA!
