Acer Aspire 7720 problem

Hi, i need an idiots guide how to reboot/clean my laptop. Its basically a problem with itunes/quicktime. It was installed, but now it doesnt let me use it. Wont let me remove install or re-install it and its driving me nuts. Nothing important on laptop so not bothered about losing anything.

alt+f10 on start up should launch the acer recovery system,you will loose everything.you may need to go into bios and enable D2D recovery.

yes mate,just activate the recovery and 20/30 mins later it will be like new again.
