I'm so very very close to ordering one of this as my current TV (a god awful square old thing) is on the blink.

I don't have sky or freeview yet. This is because i need a new aeriel for freeview and don't want to pay someone to fit an aeriel in my rented house! :) :) :)

Cut a long story short, what i want to know is the quality of the in built anologue tuner in this model. I'm presuming its like any other TV - ie RF aerial goes in back. Is the in built anologue tuner ok.

    Many thanks

I had my sky box running from downstairs up to my Acer through the RF lead, and the quaility was not too good. I now use a video sender which is giving a good picture (about the same as a direct composite input).

From what I have heard, not many LCD's give a good RF picture, I would only recommend RGB via scart or at very least composite.

Unfortunately it will probably look awful. You need a new arial and a freeview box if you want LCD.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I was basicaly trying to say that any feed through the RF would not produce a good picture.
