Hi, recently bought the Acer 26"LCD and I am really pleased with it.

It has 2 scart sockets, one rgb and the other which accepts component via the scart.

I have connected up the Sky+ box to it via the RGB scart and the DVD player via the supplied component to scart cable the Dvd doesn't have a scart out just component or s-video.

Trouble is I want to wall mount it and the supplied component & audio cable to scart isn't long enough and I can't find an equivalent cable which combines the component and audio in to the scart.

Can anyone give me any pointers to get around this??

Badboy, the supplied cable takes the component video output and the audio out and puts both into the scart. I can't find one on Maplin which has these inputs. If you've seen one can you post me the link?

Badboy my cable has an additional three connectors but the white and red connectors are for the audio signal if you use the component connection. The other yellow one is for the composite video picture if you aren't using the component connections for that!

I'm looking to connect the component out and 2 Phono audio to the TV via the component enabled scart socket on the TV. Summing it up it's component and audio into the same scart socket which is component enabled.
