Hi guys, sorry for yet another post. I have done a LOT of reading today, and searching for reviews\looking on these forums. It seems the "SAMSUNG SP46L6HX" 46" DLP REAR PROJECTION tv is a very good set.

I have read through LOTS of pages, and I haven't managed to find a bad word said against it.

I just want to double double check a few things before I hit the order button please.

    1) There is no ghosting while playing fast moving games\movies

    2) The screen won't burn in while playing games

    3) The screen is generally of good build quality

    4) This screen has all the inputs from what I can tell (HDMI, component, DVI etc etc, is there any its missing?)

    5) This screen will be good for playing xbox 360 + other next gen consoles on

Also if possible, could people with this EXACT model, please post some pics from different angles, so I can get a good idea of what it looks like.

MANY thanks for the help you have all given me, I have learnt a lot today from reading these forums.

If this screen is "the one" to go for, then I will order it tomorrow morning first thing!

    Thanks guys

    1) No, none. Ghosting is a LCD problem.

    2) No, I believe it's actually impossible with DLP's.

    3) No complaints from me.

    4) 3 Scarts, 1 s-video, 1 Component and 1 HDMI. I’m not sure if DVI and VGA are the same thing, but it has a VGA input too.

    5) Yes, it’s the main reason I got it.

I concur with the last guy. This display rocks!! :smashin:

Just to clarify that HDMI and DVI share the same input on the back. HDMI transmits video and audio down the same cable, whilst DVI has a separate input for audio. Savy?

The VGA port is for PC input.

Connect the Xbox360 into the component input. It will be sweet.

Go on, hit that order button! You know you want to :D

Not DVI as such but if you get a converted for the HDMI you'll be okay. I just purchased a cable with DVI on one end and HDMI on the other so that I can plug my PC into it. I'll take a photo of the connections tonight if you want!

I didn't know that there is not a native DVI input...

Least that cable is Digital to Digital so not THAT bad.

I hate how they don't put a Native DVI on it...

It hasn't got Freeview has it?

Btw, my Sagem 45 G4 is being replaced on Wednesday next week because of the geometry.

hmm I am tempted to cancel my order for the 46" and get the 50" one (its about £250-300 more)

Would I notice any difference at all, and is it worth doing?
