about the sharp LC-32LE340EX

i have recently bought a 32" sony LCD , the Bravia KDL-32CX520, since the first time the constrast and the black level wasn't good, viewing a dark scene in a completely dark room reveal the poor black on this TV.

I was disapointed that a PVA lcd TV judged having a very good contrast (>3000:1) from digitalversus and other sites deliver such a poor performance, so I've searched the Panel code the from service menu and i found the following code:
LTY320HN0202 , it's a samsung PVA but with poor constrast 1500:1 ( less in reality) accodring to a china vendor and this confirm that my PVA panel isn't good .

For this i want change my LCD tv for the 32" sharp LC-32LE340ex that i have seen in a showroom, the colors was realy great but i have not any idea about the real black level and the contrast, and the uniformity (banding, clouding).

Can someone tel me about the following point for the sharp LC-32LE340Ex :

Black level and constrast: is it good for a cinema watching in dark room ?
Angle viewing: are they acceptable?
SD upscaling ?: is SD source looking great ?
Panel Uniformity:is there a cloudind or banding problem on this TV ?
