    ok im watching on-demand programs.
    where it says cost: subscribed does that mean its free?

    That means you paid for it already as part of your subscription... i.e. 'subscribed' :smashin:

    Also, just to bear in mind, TV Choice on Demand is a £5 per month option if you're on Virgin's M or L package (Although, it's currently included free for 3 months, apparently). If you're on Virgin's XL it's permanently free.
