Just how incompetent can one organisation be!!!!

I brough HD on sat at Comet's for half price, install date today. Guy at Comet done all the organising in store at the time over the phone to Sky.

Tried ringing the 08705959595 number to see when the eng is due and keep getting a msg saying, sorry we're too busy to help, DING!

Tried 08702404040 where the 'assistant' told me nothing was booked in for me and I'd have to rebook through sales and pay the full price!!!:mad: :mad:

Binned the phone at this point and have emailed the luverly Beverlie.

Why o why can't there be a decent alternative? It's about time the monopolies commission had a look at this joke of a company.

I found the 08705 959595 number was always busy (i.e. it would evem cut me off with no msg at times) during office hours but got through to an operator with 1min queing after 6pm and NO rings at all this morning at 8:45am.

Keep trying is all I can say as that number is for installations so if they don't have the records - no one will.
