Question A3+ and CD/DVD recommendations

Good day to all, I hope you are all well and keeping safe.

I'm looking for recommendations for a new printer to replace my Epson Stylus Photo R285 which has served me well but is now giving me problems printing and despite my best efforts, hasn't worked.

In short i'm looking for a printer that will:
Print good quality photos up to and including A3+ so that I can frame them
Print onto CD/DVD's
Give good value for money ink supplies but that will last, for example, when framed for wall hanging etc.

Any recommendations from you good folk out there would be appreciated
