I saved some money to upgrade my PC and buy a 7.1 system.

I looking at Harman Kardon's 330 a/v receiver, and Bosse's speakers. And for the Pc's sound card I chose sound blaster audigy plantinum 2 ZS.
I also want to use the sound system for PC gaming. In that case, I wonder if the a/v would be able to decode the signal coming from the pc correctly, just as if I had a 7.1 pc speakers system.

    Thanks for your help.

Should be fine. However, if you simply want to pass through the signal and user your receiver to decode it, you could probably get a cheaper sound card to do it. But if you are using it for other stuff, then it's a pretty nice card :)
