A/V Amplifier

Have a choice of the following A/V amps :-
Yamaha dsp-ax757se AV amp. or a Pioneer VSX-D812 AV amp.

Which is better the Yami or Pioneer ? I am a newbee to home cinema I know both units are kinda old by todays standards but what one is best. ???

Found the spec for the Yama amp below that the Pioneer, still not too sure which is better also what is the difference between neo 6 and Cinema DSP any help on which of these two amps to get I would apreachite.

Probably be safer with the Yamaha.

ok thanks will use the Yamaha then for the cinema system and the Pioneer for the PC system.. I know both of these units are dated but think the DSP on the Yamaha might perform better than the Pioneer Neo 6. Or would someone recommend just buying a new modern unit which has HDMI inputs and better sound processing ...
