I managed to change my original 650 at RS two weeks ago
now this newer one is playing up
Every now and then It goes back to the starting up procedure...ie the harmony logo comes on, and I have to go through pressing buttons ' press the right arrow, press help, press more activities, etc to get back to normal
I've changed the batteries ...no change
    Logiciel can you help??;)

Are the 650's being discontinued ?.. RS aren't selling them anymore and theres non left in currys

    Hi.
There are plenty of them around in the stores, but I haven't any experience of the model.
It could be something as simple as the terminals not making proper contact with the battery.
You may have been unlucky and got a second faulty one.
Report it to Logitech and let us know how it goes.
