I keep getting a pop up window with this on it when surfing the internet. Particularly on Ebay.

Does anybody know what it means and how to overcome it?

You haven't said which OS or browser you're using which makes it kind of difficult. If XP with MS IE, try this:

    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click Advanced.
    4. Click to select the Disable script debugging check box.
    5. Click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box.
    6. Click OK.
