A (probably stupid) question about Radeon All-In-Wonder cards

    The 7500 and 8500 Radeon All-In-Wonder cards apparently throughput 5.1. Does this mean that:

    a) You don't need a soundcard with optical out, as you can connect the Radeon straight to your amp, and
    b) It will throughput DTS as well?

    Excuse my ignorance on all matters computery!

    I think that what you have said is correct, but I have not seen an AIW so I could well be wrong (if it has an SP/DIF socket on the back then you will be fine (as long as your amp has a decoder)) :)
