    Ok it has been nine days since an engineer came to TRYand fix/diagnose my toshiba 32zp48.Heard nothing from either engineer or retailer,which i think is very rude.Have just e-mailed the retailer and told them .If my tv is not exactly as it was out of the box within a week ,then i will request a refund or a replacement. :mad:

    Picture freezes,sounds fades and more recently image bowing at top corners.
