    Well,

So far I have tried 2 Phillips 28 6006's and have had RGB problems with both.. (well documented.)

I simply want a 28inch Nicam set which looks neat and has wicked RGB. (Not dark no ghosts ect.)

Flat screen preferred but not essential.

Max Price looking to pay is £500.

Does *anyone* own a set they can recommend?

Sony - too expensive / scrolling bars
    Panny - Horrific problems
    Phillips - No thanks ;-)
    JVC - Dark RGB?
Toshiba - <500 sets are all ugly

    Any others?
