    Hello all,

Sorry for a slightly daft question, but I have been finding conflicting answers to this. I have tried searching and again have seen conflicting answers.

Q: I have Sky HD - do I automatically have Sky+? If it helps, I pay £46 per month and get HD and the sports package for that

The reason I am slightly confused is that I appear to have several elements of Sky+ (recording capabilities and suchlike) but when I click on the Anytime option (which is on my main menu - red button) it says to me that there is nothing and do I subscribe to Sky+

So can any kind soul help me out?

    Thanks in advance

Every Sky HD box has Sky+ capabilities built-in.
I like you have the sports package, yet I can access Anytime TV.
    I suggest you contact Sky.

No, you still get the Anytime content even if you don't subscribe to movies or sports - you just can't watch them.

You should be getting loads of Anytime content (about 3-4 items a day).

Ring Sky CS and complain. They should be able to sort it and content will gradually appear over the next few days.

Try rebooting your box, that helped me when Anytime stopped working on my box.

    Hi,

I have just reduced my subs down to 4 Mixes only (thus £28 per month), I have HD and also Sky + Capabilities, all inclusive.

The Anytime functionality has been a little hit and miss, I thought it was maybe because I didn't have my phone line connected all the time, but it wasn't that, all I needed to do was turn the box off and on again, to reset it.

Also, I believe the other night, there was a small update (Box had reset over night and was on the demo channel) this has sent my Anytime into overdrive, LOST from last night, was sat waiting for me this morning, which was excellent.

It would seem there has been some bugs, as prior to this the anytime stuff had all moved to last chance with no further downloads.

So try resetting, putting the box in standby overnight and see if anything improves... else ring sky up, spend £5 on the 1 hour phone call, which probably won't resolve anything.

    Good luck

    Cheers

    Darren J
