:hiya: I am after a little help please everyone, i am window shopping on my parents behalf! They require a widescreen tv/dvd/vcr package to replace the old family set,its however
not as straightforward as you think....... the budget is approx
£650.00,it must be 28" widescreen & its got to be from Comet!! (yes i know! )
My father has no preference on the make/model but flatscreen & 100hz would sway it possibly!
    Thanks:thumbsup:

What's wrong with Comet? They were the cheapest on the high street when I was buying mine.

Before you choose 100Hz have a look at it in the shops, pay attention to sideways motion and see if you can put up with this effect, which looks like blurring from a distance.
