A Harmony One Remote for under £15 - too good to be true, surely?

It says it's a refurb in non-retail packaging. But still... that is cheap! I already have one, but thinking of getting my parents one - Mum's always on the phone asking how to work things.

Think I'll wait until he gets feedback from a buyer of this item, or stock goes down to less than "more than 10 available".

Also if the existing feedback was fake, I'd expect there to be return feedback left for the buyer, but there isn't. And probably lots of low-value items, not one for £10.

That happens sometimes. The ideas in my head come out distorted :(

I don't know how scammers really work with faking feedback. But I would expect them to fake a positive feedback for a single item at £10, as that would incur a £1 selling fee.

My best guess is that there are no remotes.
If the seller is a scammer they will sell as many of these non existent remotes as possible over the next couple of days hoping they will be able to withdraw or spend the income in paypal before anyone opens a case against them.
Estimated date of receipt is a week so that gives them plenty of time.

Well apparently all of them sold.

And now another one has cropped up - similar prices, similarly new profile with 1 feedback (but a different profile from the previous seller).

Maybe I'll give this one a tickle. What's the worst that can happen?

eBay have removed the listing so you are unable to contact seller and advised me not to pay but I had though PayPal so they have said to open a case after 7 days of money going though, so should get a refund!
