A good service experience

    Just to share with you a good experience from panny.
    Had a DMRE 50 still under warranty and it stopped chasing play, panny arranged pick up by courier. I didn;t hear anything for a couple of weeks, so phoned this morning. I was told the courier had lost my E50. Without missing a beat the service person said they'll send me an E55 next week! Very impressed , I know there's a bit of good fortune in there but it was the lack of argy-bargy and 'oh I'd better speak to the manager' nonsense that impressed.
    Well done (let's hope this one doesn't get 'lost' eh?)
