A good result?

    I had one of the new pace boxes as my multiroom installation. This then developed a fault and would buzz very loudly. The engineer came today and replaced it with a big ugly grundig one (GD210 it says on the bottom) which has marks all over it. Im not really very happy with this.

    Am I being a tart or should I just get over it and be happy I can watch Sky without the buzzing? I just felt I havent got a very good deal.

    Well I have called Sky and a proper engineer is now incoming instead of a contractor who will replace my box.

    The guy on the phone said he would have expected a like for like replacement so I am glad that I called.

    If you hadn't called them I would've suggested it. You pay for the box so they should replace like for like.
