Yes! They're all seriously underexposed I'm afraid.
I'm guessing that what you've done is used full frame metering. This will have recorded the bright sky behind the joggers and set the exposure to record this in all its glory - unfortunately not what you wanted.
Your options are to dial in +ve exposure compensation (I'd guess from 1-2 stops) or to spot meter on a part of the scene that you want correctly exposed (say the face).
A third option is to use a flash in slow synch mode. This will provide a pop of light to illuminate the joggers, but will also let the sensor capture the beautiful background.
Take it as a learning experience, I'm sure you'll do better next time
