    What can you do!!!

I have recently re-joined a company I used to work for. In there main meeting room they had a Barco (I believe a 808 Graphics) of about 6years vintage. Before I re-joined I had heard that they were moving and were not planning to take the Barco to the new office. I let it be known that I would be interested in the projector and would even pay a reasonable sum for it. When I went to see them to discuss contract details I noticed the projector sitting on the floor of the meeting room. Again I mentioned that I would like to buy it. Knowing that the would have no idea of the potential worth I offered £200. My new boss said that hadn't decided what to do with it yet.

Anyway I started working there last week, now at their new offices. When I asked around about the projector as I hadn't spotted I was told they had thrown it in the skip!!!!!!!!   Arggggh what idiots.

Sorry just needed to get the frustration of my chest!

Picture pops in to my head of Roland with a shopping trolley walking down street with bits of Barcos, copper pipe, electrical wire and conduit hanging out...

    "Any old iron...any old iron!"
