A couple of bargains at Virgin

    I couldn't quite believe it when I was at my local Virgin in Edinburgh yesterday as they had "The Complete Ripping Yarns" and "Angels in America" for £12.99 each. I didn't buy them assuming I would find them both cheaper on-line, but I was amazed to see that the best prices I could find both of these titles for on-line was £17.99.

    I went back today and luckily I picked up both for £12.99 each.

    I think that must be the first time I have found a genuine bargain at Virgin in-store.

    Virgin online quotes £24.99 but I'll have a look instore tomorrow, you never know I maybe joining you in finding my first ever Virgin bargain :thumbsup:

    The Curse of the Claw is the one I remember most from my youth :) and unfortunately it will be tomorrow until I get to watch it/them :( whats the sound and picture like Gavin, only mono sound but hey I aint a DTS fanboy :laugh: and thats how they were recorded ater all :smashin:

    I have only watched the first 3 and they are great. The picture quality is pretty good and the sound is fine.
