Moderators: Please move this to the correct subforum. I've been told to post here and it'll be moved as I can't post in the computer classifieds subforum due to an (as of now) unresolved error. Staff currently investigating. Pics are from when I took them and tried to originally post, hope they are still ok!

    Evening all. :)

Having a clear out of untested/not used in a while stuff! Untested as I only have one PSU, and I can't be bothered to take apart my whole main rig (and the awesome cable management!), and spend the time testing them 100%. My main rig needs to be stable, so I can't risk messing anything up. Maybe someone can get a wicked deal from it, I'd rather sell them like this.. Any questions or offers please do feel free to post.

Everything here is either untested, faulty, or has issues which will be stated. No refunds will be given on anything unless otherwise stated. It might work 100% fine, it might not. I feel the prices reflect this, but if you want to make me an offer please do go ahead.

Now that's out of the way...

    MOTHERBOARDS

    DFI LANPARTY DK P45-T2RS PLUS

Legendary 775 board! Briefly used this board, was 100% fine, then after some overclocking it seemed to only boot half of the time, when it does boot I can get into the BIOS but it often corrupts/screen freezes/pixilates. Think the BIOS needs a reflash or something similar, but don't quote me on that. No visible damage, apart from a little to the heatsink fins which is purely aesthetic.

    CPU COOLERS

    Corsair H50 w/Intel mount

Seems to run fine, but the pump is a little noisy/slight buzz. Never owned a H50 and I know it's an older model so no idea how much noise these should make so it could be totally normal. I know my Khuler 620 makes similar noises sometimes though, especially after moving it. I think it's an Intel mount as I know the AMD ones tend to look different. Seems to fit the 1366 board, not tried it on the 775.

    GRAPHICS CARDS

    Sapphire 5770 - non reference

Displays an image and boots into windows fine - no further testing done. Fan is a bit noisy/unbalanced, might need replacing. Seems to cool it fine though, if a little loudly.

    2 x 1GB Corsair DDR3 (1333MHz @ 9-9-9-24 / 1.6v)

    Untested.

    2 x 2GB OCZ DDR3 (1333MHz @ 7-7-7 / 1.65v)

    Untested.

    DFI LANPARTY JR X58-T3H6 (1366)
Totally untested. A wicked little board, any DFI board is hard to find nowadays but X58 ones are rare. mATX, no cables/accessories or anything like that, bare board + I/O Sheild. No visible damage, to the socket or the board.

    £SOLD

    1 x i7 920 & 1 x Xeon E5530 (both 1366)

Both untested. Xeon was bought here a few months ago with the intention of using it but I never even got around to putting it in a board. I bought 2 at the time from the seller and gave the other to a friend and his worked fine. Only want what I paid for the Xeon. (£20)

Neither have any physical damage that I can see.

£22 posted for the Xeon Pending to Ash3000k
    £Sold to DFOUR
As I said in the top post, no refunds on anything and I'm open to offers. Let me know if the prices are too high or if you have any questions/want to bundle stuff! Also open to potential trades! Always looking for new/old/weird/any parts. :p

    Thanks!

Oops, forgot about that. I do have the I/O shield, yes, and will include it with the board. :)

So where did these come from originally?

Are they your personal components you had working in older builds?

Quite a bit of it is just stuff I've had lying in my cupboard for a rather long time. It's a mixture of stuff that I've been gifted by friends and stuff I've bought and forgot I had over. Kept a lot of it in hopes of benching (borrowed a Phase Unit from a friend) but life has gotten in the way, so I've had no time to try a lot of it!

Got a load of 775 CPU's to shift as well but I thought I'd get this stuff out of the way first..

Get a cheap but decent PSU (a suitable Corsair going in this recent thread), test it all out & I'd probably be interested in some of it. And so would many others I'd imagine ;)

I would be interested in the 920 + mobo + 3 x 2gb ram if I knew it all worked.....more concerned about the mobo since you say it's totally untested. Where was this originally from, have you used it in the past or was it a gift that has never been used?

Purchased from a friend when he upgraded his rig but never got around to using/testing it. I assume it was working fine when he upgraded but again I can't be sure as I've not personally booted it up, so don't quote me on that at all.

Also, I don't consider that a 'stating interest' post as you didn't specifically stated you were interested in the items as they are. Just for the record.

Make it £27 so I clear £25 after postage and you have a deal. :)

£26, posted? If it does work, you are still saving a good £30, if it doesn't it'll make a cool keychain! :p

    Deal. Moving to PM. :)

Yeah it was busted for me earlier to. Still is now. :/

I've made a counter offer to @Dfour on the i7 920, I believe (to my knowledge of the trading rules) he has 24 hours to either accept or deny, if he denys that or the offer expires without any contact then it's back up for sale. I do have the Xeon still though which is pretty much the same just it's stock clock is 2.4GHz vs 2.66GHz of the 920.

I accepted an offer from @xiaomei on the 3 x 2GB RAM, so they are sold unless he pulls out or I don't get any contact in a day or two, and there is a pending offer on the rest of the DDR3 by @mbmapit, to which the same rules as the i7 apply.

So the Xeon & board are still avaliable. Don't have any other DDR3 that's not in use other than what is listed in the thread I'm afraid.

okay, no problem. I'm currently running a i7 920 myself, looking to build a second rig but deliberating on whether to upgrade to a newer chipset or save some money and get older tech....will have a think about it. Cheers

No problems. X58 is great bang for buck now!

Would be happy to do you a decent deal on the board + Xeon or board + 920 if the other guy doesn't go for it. :)

Payment received from xiaomei for the 3 x 2GB Patriot DDR3, so that's now sold. OP updated.

Is there any way you could hook the 920, mobo and ram up and see if it at least boots to windows without throwing a strop?

I would take a punt of the DFI LANPARTY JR X58-T3H6 (1366) for £30inc by PPG.

I appreciate that it is worth considerably more if its confirmed working, but feel that is all I could go to given the risk.

I understand. 1366 has lost a bit of value but because of that it's good value for money, decent working boards still go for £90+, and the rarity of this board is pretty neat. Make it £36 so I clear £30 after postage? Will send it first class rec. :)

Weird. The CPU's are still for sale an my offer of £26 for the 920 still stands as per the rules if you were interested.

You probably will! I've never seen one of these boards for sale in any condition since they were Brand New (they were hard to get hold of then even..), and DFI came out of the game a while ago now, they certainly aren't getting any more common! ;)

How does £35 grab you? Or if you have anything to trade?
