9986 and 1080i

    When using 9986 via dvi (576p, 720p or 1080i) is there no option to resize image?
    I mean, is it only avaliable panoramic view mode?

    Those HDTV modes are always 16:9
    This is because of the standard, not a limitation of the TV

    Even at 480p?
    Seems to me that dvi input only allows panoramic view mode (480p, 576p, 720p or 1080i).
    With a component source is it the same (576p)?
