    Hi,

Has anybody tried RCE dvds on a MR 963sa?
I Have the MR hack, does anybody have the codes for setting a specific region (another get around for RCE?)

How do I select DD or DTS on a dual encoded dvd?

No more stupid questions (for now!)

    Many thanks,
    Mike

    Nope.

Same as any player, press the Audio button once the films playing, or select the sound format from the discs menu.

its mostly been very well behaved, but it didn't like R2 monsters inc. when I tried it the other night. some corruption on entering menus and it paused briefly early on and then no sound for about 15 seconds. Seemed too early for a layer change, and its never had a problem with layers before.

I believe Fifth Element SB and Spider man are both (R1) RCE, if this is correct then 963sa played without any problem.

I have a R4 (Australia) monsters inc which I believe is the same as R2, and my 963sa played without any problem as well, richard plumb, would it be a problem on your disc? Just a thought.
