Well my 9200T is dead! long live the HUMAX But I'm way behind on technolgy and terms.
My question is, what should I get to replace it. I have a HD ready LG TV so 1) I would like HD freeview if its not too expensive.
2) I want 2 channel tuning with its usual benefits
3) I would like it to be network enabled.
4) HHD size not too important,
5) I know what HD & HDR mean with TV's but what do they mean with PVR's .. surely a PVR can't be HD ready, isn't it either HD or not HD ?
6) What is FOX

Sorry for all the questions but I struggle with modern technologies nowadays.

Some confusion

HD High Definition HDD Hard Disc Drive.

The Humax HDR FOX T2 would seem to be the logical replacement.

HD ready simply means a display (monitor or TV) can display HD from an external source in your case the important one is 1080i50. HD Freeview boxes have an option to output 1080p which your set may not work with.

Humax sell Freesat boxes named Foxsat and terestrial boxes called Fox.

hdr is simply Humax's way of distinguishing recording boxes from non recording

hdr - high definition recorder. hd - high definition. The HD FOX T2 can record using an external drive though.

Click here for a summary of 10 HD PVRs.

I have the 9200T & HDR Fox T2. If you like the 9200T, you will love the HDR Fox T2.
