    A'ernoon all.

Has anyone tried (and succeeded) in using 8x DVD-R media in their HS2? I've got loads of 4x and 2x which I know are fine, but I'm burning a lot more stuff on the PC these days, and my writer will do 8x, so I wondered about the compatibility if burn on the PC and then watch on the HS2? On the basis of my experiences with various media, I'd probably use Ritek G-05 based disks.

And how about actually burning 8x disks on the HS2 as well? It obviously writes at x1, but would 8x media work too?

    TIA,

    Mark
