8m 4k hdmi cable

Active Member
Hi all looking for advice on which sort of hdmi cable to buy and where from.
I've got an epson ehtw7400 projector.
My cable length is 8m.
The cable will be housed in mini trunking and it has to be bent around 90 degree corners (unavoidable).
I would need it to be thin aswel due to the speaker cables being in the same trunking.

HDMI cable - for 4K UHD with HDR, Atmos etc you want to go with Hybrid Fibre for anything longer than 5m.

90’ - not going to work, you need to allow a gentle curve.

Conduit - is good but always ensure you can easily replace a failed or damaged cable.

HDFury - we have had great results with their 10m and 20m.

^^^^^^^ Agreed. I'd use elbow connectors for the bends as they have a bit more gentle bend to them than the straight 90º bends. Install pull strings as well.
