My ps5 on my Samsung 8k tv says vrr is not available on this tv. Is vrr only available on HDMI 2.1 port? When will Sony bring out vrr on the ps5? Can I use vrr when it comes out on a HDMI 2.0 port? Which ps5 Sony update number is vrr included in?
Depending on your model (I have a QN800A) - VRR is working (as shown by the fps counter) but VRR is shown as not active on the game bar.
Apparently this is fixed on firmware 2000.1 which Samsung hasn’t released yet for some reason.
