885 sensitivity

when I press the majority of buttons on my 885 - it moves too many times.

examples :

move up a channel on the Sky Hd box - it moves 2 channels at a time

adjust the volume - it either does not change or it adjusts by a lot

any similar problems with you guys ?

should i ditch it and get a harmony 1000 ?

use the troubleshooter on the harmony website- the speed is a variable setting.
