I was using my Blackberry when it just died. I tried to recharged without luck and even put in a new battery and that didn't help. Anyone got any ideas?

Are you getting anything at all out of it - a slight hum when plugging in the power, a hint of a flash of a light when trying to switch it on?

I assume you weren't having a swim when it died

it's my wife's phone actually lol and she was sitting next to me when it went off. No lights, no hum, completely dead. She tried replacing the battery but still dead. Workin fine one second, dead the next.

Silly question, is there any chance it could be alive but the screen dead? Apart from that it sounds frazzled to me (technical term)
