80gb ipod video - whats the best program for puting dvds on it?

i have just bought an 80gb ipod video and i am having trouble putting my dvds/videos on it. i have used a few programs although they have worked it seems that the dubbing is out. how can i solve this? and want is the best program putting dvds/videos on it?

I use something called Cucusoft. It seems very simple to use and I never have to change any settings.
