8 mile with DTS?

    8 mile has a dts track, can anyone confirm this?

    Yes it does :)

    Got mine this morning from Play - watched it earlier tonight.


    I saw it at the cinema and it was in DTS (and I was truly shocked - my local cinema is pants!) so I was expecting it to be on the DVD

    that doesn't necessarily mean that iot will be on the DVD as well. Warner and Columbia both put their films in dts theaters but never on DVD (except for superbit).
    But I'm glad it's on this DVD.

    Yes, 8 Mile is most definitely in dts on the R1 release (I wish people would refer to the format correctly instead of using capitals:boring: ).

    MichaelM I have now changed it according to the proper writing :D

    I guess we always write it in capitals to make sure it sticks out of the text.
    but you are right on the logog it is not in capitals.

    I take it the Play version is from Canada? Is it a dual language cover like other Universal releases?
