So I have a new TV with a true 10-bit panel and these are the options nvidia control panel gives me, if I want 10-bit color I have to lower chroma subsampling and have limited dynamic range along with it. I don't care about letter clarity for reading etc, I care about how games look. Please don't speculate, answer if you really know what you are talking about. Thanks in advance.

If you don't want speculation, please post details of your set-up.

E.g. TV make and model, connection method, source details (graphics chipset?). Something to go on at least.

I don't see how that affects what I'm asking tbh but have at it. Sony X900F, hdmi 2.0, GTX 1080

Pressure's on. I don't know if I really know what I'm talking about or not.

But.. for me the difference is very obvious, one setting looks horrible, and one setting doesn't. I would go for the one that doesn't look horrible.
