I bought a Draper Luma 83" 16:9 manual pulldown from Wedgewood IT Group:

The vertical edges have become more curved and a large wavy crease has become worse with time- I only had it installed a couple of months ago! They said it wasn't a problem according to their supplier but that's a load of rubbish. My previous 106" Da-Lite screen never suffered this.
Subsequently I have started the process of requesting a refund or replacement but I fear I'll just receive another problematic screen like this.
I only ordered a Draper screen based on a couple of AV Specialists' opinions. Searching through Google gave me a massive headache... there's so many damn screens to choose from, all of them look the same! Not as easy as differentiation a Punto from a Ferarri!!
Assuming they'll give me credit for around £250, what's the best screen I can buy which won't curve or crease??? Is there an inherent problem with manual screens vs electric or is the extra cost just for convenience? If they do offer to replace, should I take it or demand a different product out of fear of a "cheap" Draper not being worthwhile?
Thanks for any help!
