When buying a new 32'' TV does it make a difference if it is 720p or 1080p, is the size of the TV to small to notice? And im on a budget so is the Sony Bravia KDL32S550 a good TV considering it is relatively cheap, cheers

Depends on your viewing distance

The 32S5500 wasn't great, look at this years models or the the 5 series Samsung (C models) if looking cheap. What's the budget? That is an older Sony model

My budget is around £300 I'm now thinking of the Samsung LE32C530 32-inch its on amazon for £305 is that series 5 and would anyone recommend it?

Is a decent TV for the budget, especially for gaming as low lag (if that's a need)
