58PUS7505/12 HDR10+ and colour temperature

I recently bought a Philips 58PUS7505/12 and I am struggling with getting the picture right. Supposedly HDR10+ balances the colour, brightness and contrast frame by frame to the director’s vision, however how much of this is also dependent on what you personally set as the settings?

I’ve read everywhere that warm is the most colour accurate however I find that can depend on the film. I read professional reviews that Mission Impossible 2 looked fantastic in UHD HDR with vibrant blue skies. My TV on warm did not show this, however it looked great when I switched to normal.

I also watched 1917 and although I thought the picture was clearer and more detailed on normal colour temperature, warm looked closer to how the film appeared on my iPad (both using prime video).

Any thoughts or suggestions as playing around with the settings during the viewing of films is kinda ruining it.
